A. WEATHER :
1. THE POSSIBILITY OF SCATTERED TO OVERCAST AND MODERATE RAIN OCCASIONALLY  FOLLOWED BY THUNDERSTORM COULD OCCUR THE OVER AREAS OF : BENGKULU WATERS, SOUTHERN BALI INDIAN OCEAN,  FLORES SEA, WESTERN SULAWESI WATERS, TOLO GULF, SOUTHEAST SULAWESI WATERS, BURU SEA,  BANDA SEA, AMBON WATERS, BIAK WATERS, ARU SEA, TIMIKA WATERS, MERAUKE WATERS AND ARAFURA SEA.
 
2THE POSSIBILITY OF SCATTERED TO BROKEN CLOUDS AND RAIN OR LOCAL RAIN COULD OCCUR THE OVER AREAS OF :   ACEH WATERS, NORTH SUMATERA WATERS, MALACCA STRAIT, BANGKA BELITUNG ISLANDS WATERS, KARIMATA STRAIT, WESTERN KALIMANTAN WATERS, SOUTHERN JAVA ISLAND WATERS, BALI WATERS, SAWU SEA, TIMOR SEA AND WESTERN PAPUA WATERS.
 
B. WINDS DIRECTION AND SPEED FROM SURFACE UP TO 3000 FEET :
     WINDS  OVER  INDONESIAN  WATERS, NORTHERN  EQUATOR GENERALLY NORTHEAST TO
     SOUTHWEST  AND   SOUTHERN  EQUATOR GENERALLY SOUTHEAST TO SOUTHWEST AT 
     ABOUT  3  TO  25  KNOTS.
 
 
C. STATE OF SEA :
1.  SLIGHT TO MODERATE SEA SURFACE AND LOW SWELL COULD OCCUR AT : WESTERN BENGKULU INDIAN OCEAN, EASTERN BANDA SEA AND SOUTHEAST MALUKU WATERS.
 
2. OTHER SEA AREAS GENERALLY ARE SEA SLIGHT AND SWELL LOW.
 
3.  RECOMMENDATION ( EARLY WARNING ) : MODERATE TO VERY ROUGH SEA SURFACE AND MODERATE  SWELL : TANIMBAR ISLANDS WATERS, ARAFURA SEA, YOS SUDARSO ISLAND WATERS AND MERAUKE WATERS.
